The location of the hotel allows for a tranquil and peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. With breathtaking views of the mountains from the balcony, guests can enjoy the beauty of nature right from their room. the staff at the reception, especially Maria, are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and provide excellent customer service. the room itself is clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. the half board option offers delicious dinners, adding value to the overall experience.
There were instances where the staff were not easily accessible, leaving guests stranded without access to their room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean, with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially loved the comfortable beds. The staff, especially Maria at the reception, were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English. They were always helpful and client-oriented. The half-board dinner provided was delicious and definitely worth the price. this hotel offered great value for money.
Not obvious to find. The hotel is located a bit away from the main attractions, but it was manageable.

The breakfasts were tasty and the beds were comfortable, which helped us to start our busy day of sightseeing with energy. , the staff was polite and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable.
we found ourselves struggling to get help from the staff on one occasion, when we were locked out of our room. while the friendly staff and comfortable accommodation were certainly positives, the inconvenient location and lack of attention to detail left a negative impression on our stay.

The scenery and the walks were simply stunning. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was standard. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the balcony provided a great view of the surrounding mountains.
The location was a real letdown, as it was much further from the city center than expected. some of the staff seemed to disappear early in the evening, which left us locked out of our room and struggling to find someone to let us in.
